Description

Overview

Lexington is a bookcase system built on structural aluminium uprights. Shelves and storage units with leaf doors, drawers or flap doors are hooked on at the desired height, and the uprights are fixed to the wall or run from floor to ceiling.

Story

Designed with Poliform R&D

Poliform credits the day system to Jean-Marie Massaud, working with the company's R&D department. The system is described as a set of uprights onto which shelves, drawers and other components are fitted to make bookshelves for the day area.

Wall or ceiling uprights

Two configurations are available. Wall-mounted uprights carry single-sided compositions, and floor-to-ceiling uprights allow compositions finished on both front and back. The same upright system also forms the Lexington night system.
