Description
Overview
Labanca is a multifunctional sofa by Lievore Altherr Molina for Tacchini. It combines original minimalism with endless compositional possibilities, especially when repeated with extremely appealing modularity.
Construction
The structure is light and fully padded, formed from one self-supporting element that carries the gently inclined backrest. Within sits a wooden frame with a metal seat frame, padded with multi-density polyurethane foam, standing on a polished aluminium base and upholstered in fabric or leather.

One sharp line
Labanca is designed by the Lievore Altherr Molina studio. The simplicity of a sharp line and the balanced proportion of thin volumes in elegant symmetry give the sofa its geometry.
