Description

Overview

Kubaya is a Poltrona Frau Style & Design Centre family of square and rectangular ottomans. Plywood and solid beech form the structure, while shaped polyurethane-foam panels are padded and upholstered individually.

Sizes and bases

The sheet lists 86×61, 86×86 and 86×121 cm versions. Each can use black textured MDF glides or concealed swivel castors. Soulful and Motif Knits are limited to the two smaller sizes. The selected configuration is the longest coded version.

Story

Surfaces assembled from panels

Poltrona Frau describes Kubaya as cubes and parallelepipeds softened by rounded padded surfaces. Gaps between the individually covered panels define the volumes without visible seams across those faces.

A mobile option

Two base treatments change how the ottoman sits: protected MDF glides or castors hidden in recessed housings. A hot-stamped brand tab is positioned low on one corner.
