Klara Chair

Overview

Patricia Urquiola designed the Klara chair, which Moroso places in its Chairs section. It has a padded seat and a curved backrest, and it is made in versions with and without armrests.

Construction

The structure is wood. The seat is padded with polyurethane foam. The backrest is either padded with polyurethane foam or left as exposed curved wood. Polypropylene glides with interchangeable felt and polyamide pads sit under the feet. The covers are not removable, and the chair is not stackable.

Seat and backrest

The Klara chair is a modern classic with Scandinavian-inspired lines, softened angles and fluid shaping. The seat is padded, and the backrest can be chosen either padded or as an exposed curved wooden shell.

Armrests and feet

The Klara chair is offered with and without armrests. The glides under the feet are polypropylene and carry interchangeable felt and polyamide pads. The covers are not removable and the chair does not stack.
