Kirk Cross

Overview

Kirk "Cross" is the Kirk table with a metal base in which the transparent bronze glass top lets the elegant base be appreciated, together with its opaque gold satin-finished metal plates. Rodolfo Dordoni designed it for Minotti, and the same base is also offered in a bronze painted metal version.

Construction

• Top: laminate of 8+8 mm glass, a Bronze sheet over an extra-clear sheet, 16 mm in total.
• Base: satin-finish metal, 6 mm thick, in Bronze paint (handcrafted satin, so nuances may differ slightly), or in Gold satin finish (electroplate) with a transparent matt paint applied afterwards.
• Glides: Hytrel, soft scratch-proof rubber.

Kirk "Cross" pairs a transparent bronze glass top with a base of opaque satin-finished metal plates, so that the elegant base can be appreciated through the top. The plates are available in gold satin finish, and also in a bronze painted metal version.

The top is laminated glass of 8+8 mm, a Bronze sheet above an extra-clear sheet, 16 mm in total. The base is 6 mm satin-finish metal on protective Hytrel glides; the gold is an electroplated finish with a transparent matt paint applied afterwards.
