Story
Tailoring that changes with the cover
According to the page, the leather and velvet versions of the Kirk bench are tailored with a tufted effect, using top-stitching that draws a geometric pattern of squares, while the fabric version carries a subtle quilted design. The sheet repeats this as tailoring information for the two kinds of cover.
Two lengths on a solid ash base
Minotti lists the bench in two lengths, 138.5 and 183.5 cm, on a base of solid ash 40 mm thick, finished in semi-gloss lacquer. The page also gives the 2014 Collection as the edition in which the Kirk bench appears.
