Description
Overview
The Imba ottoman is Moroso's compact stool credited to Federica Capitani. Its cord surface combines wrapping with handwork over a metal support. Capitani's manufacturer biography notes her product and furniture design work in Milano, Amsterdam and London.

Tubular steel forms code 017. Polyethylene strands enclose that structure, and PVC glides meet the floor.

Story
Federica Capitani's Imba stool
Federica Capitani designed the Imba group for Moroso. For the ottoman, a small tubular steel frame is enclosed by polyethylene cord rather than upholstery.
Cord worked by hand
The official description distinguishes the wrapped frame from the cord woven onto it by hand. Four pattern colours are listed for this 50 x 52 x 40 cm stool, and PVC glides finish the base.
