Hide Storage Pouf is Simon Legald's storage and pouf in one for Normann Copenhagen. The seat can be removed to reveal a hollow space inside. This item is the Small size in Steel Blue.
Construction
The pouf is made of recycled PET felt from post-consumer plastic bottles that are extruded into polyester fibers and pressed into felt. The top is slightly curved and the maximum weight it supports is 120 kg.

Story
Plastic bottles turned into felt
Hide Storage Pouf was introduced by Normann Copenhagen in June 2023. Its PET felt is made from post-consumer plastic bottles that are extruded into fine polyester fibers and then pressed into a durable felt. Simon Legald says that by utilizing PET felt, the company repurposes plastic waste and offers a durable and versatile piece of furniture.
Storage that stays out of sight
The seat doubles as a lid that is easy to remove and opens a spacious hollow inside, so toys, blankets, cushions or other things can be kept close at hand while the living area stays clean and clutter-free.
