Overview
The Hémicycle Settee is the two-place model of Hémicycle, the Ligne Roset seating by Philippe Nigro, available in 8 covering materials.
Construction
The back structure is a pair of linked frames, mechanically soldered; the armrests and back carry Bultex foam (50 kg/m3, 6.3 kPa) and quilting in 110 g/m² polyester. The seat is built on plywood panels, over a base in matt black lacquered metal.

Seat springs, back mesh and stitch detail
The seat has springs of biconical steel wire, linked in blocks, and Bultex foams (36 kg/m3 at 2.8 kPa and 38 kg/m3 at 3.6 kPa). In the back, steel mesh carries a Bultex comfort layer. Armrest and back edges have a 3 mm bourrelet stitch, the seat has 5 mm baguette stitching, and the covers are removable by a professional.
