Description

Sculptural lounge seating

The Harbour Lounge Chair places an upholstered shell with gently curved sides and angled back on a low solid-wood frame. Rounded legs and restrained joinery support the broad shell, while a corresponding loose cushion adds another seating layer.

Published proportions

The official drawing records 80 cm height, 76 cm width and 70 cm depth. Seat height is 45 cm, seat depth 48 cm and armrest height 61 cm. Audo lists natural, dark-stained or black oak and walnut for the frame.

Story

A relaxed Harbour member

Audo introduces this lounge chair as a lower, more relaxed addition to a collection already spanning dining and swivel seating. It keeps the family's enclosing outline but shifts the body onto a low-pitched timber structure. The widened back, curved sides and angled profile are intended to cradle the sitter while leaving space across the seat.
