Overview
Grow is a coffee table in solid oak, designed by Simon Legald for Normann Copenhagen with references to classic Danish shaker style. Its simple silhouette and shapely details put the oak at center stage.
Construction
The tabletop has chamfered edges and the legs are oval, meeting the tabletop in one smooth transition. The solid oak carries a protective matte lacquer, and the table is delivered assembled.
Specifications
60 x 50 x 45 cm (Grow Table 50 x 60 cm Oak, 602278), weight 8 kg.
Story
A name from the legs
The table takes its name from the smooth transition between the tabletop and the legs, so the legs seem to grow straight out of the tabletop.
Simplicity in oak
The design alludes to the luxury of simplicity. Chamfered tabletop edges and oval legs lend it a visual lightness, leaving the oak to take center stage in a versatile design with timeless class.
