Overview
Groundpiece Slim is a 2012 bed by Antonio Citterio. Flexform reduces the proportions of the Groundpiece headboard and bedframe to create the slimmer form named on the page.
Construction
Wood structures form the padded base and headboard. Polyurethane provides the cushioning beneath a protective textile layer; the outer bed upholstery is removable in either fabric or leather.
Specifications
Representative wooden-base code 011ML1 measures 163 × 228 × 72 cm. Further codes provide slatted, storage and platform-free formats, and the slatted platform has four adjustable height positions.
Story
A slimmer Groundpiece proportion
The official page defines this model through reduced headboard and frame proportions rather than a separate decorative language. Its reduced headboard and padded perimeter carry the uncluttered character named by Flexform.
Configurable support
The product sheet organizes Groundpiece Slim around several bed-base systems. Flexform also publishes the matching 011M82 bedside table, a cowhide-clad metal structure with open storage compartments.
