Overview
Fitzgerald Chair is the low-back version of Jean-Marie Massaud's formally restrained Fitzgerald seat, detailed with hand-worked stitching and metal accents.
Construction
A rigid polyurethane structure is reinforced by a metal insert. Padding combines polyurethane foam, polyester wadding and regenerated saddle-leather reinforcement. The backrest edge and foot ferrules are zinc alloy with a ruthenium finish. Contrast X-stitching crosses the seat and inner back, while double vertical stitching marks the rear.
