Description
Overview
Fenc-e-Nature Table is Philippe Starck's 2020 low table for Cassina, offered at 25 cm or 42 cm high.
Construction
Die-cast feet and an extruded aluminium frame carry a solid-teak slatted top. The representative 239 A1 version measures 144 × 72 × 42 cm.
Story
Two levels
Cassina gives the same 144 by 72 cm plan in two heights. The higher 239 A1 and lower 239 B1 let the table sit at different levels within the Fenc-e-Nature group.
Shared base idea
The table repeats the family's organic base form in a separate horizontal format.
