Description
Overview
Eri is the ottoman in a family that also includes armchairs and coffee tables. Its circular cushion sits above a central column and disc base, creating a compact companion to the upholstered chair.
Construction
A wooden platform is clad in fabric, leather or a combination of the two. The goose-down cushion contains a variable-density crushproof insert beneath protective laminated fabric. The central column repeats the lower-frame upholstery, and the cover is non-removable.
Story
The Eri family
Fumie Shibata designed Eri in 2024. Flexform traces the family's soft outline to uplifted jacket lapels and presents the ottoman as one part of that enveloping group.

A centred base
The ottoman simplifies the family into a circular seat, central column and round metal base. The technical drawing gives one code and one diameter.
