Costanza Table Lamp

Overview

Costanza Table is the table version of Paolo Rizzatto's 1986 lamp for Luceplan. An interchangeable silkscreened polycarbonate shade gives a warm, pleasant light, and a slim sensor dimmer rod below the shade switches the lamp and steps through four light intensity levels.

Construction

Aluminium forms the stem and the square base; the conical shade is a light, removable sheet of polycarbonate that can be replaced by another colour or pattern. Versions: D13 / D13c (telescopic, with dimmer), D13i (telescopic, on/off), D13if (fixed, on/off) and D13pt / D13pti, which have a fixing pin where the others have a base.

Four-step touch dimming

On the dimmable versions, touching the rod under the shade switches the lamp and moves it through four light intensity levels.

Table models

The telescopic D13 / D13c adjusts from 760 to 1100 mm. D13i is telescopic with an on/off switch, D13if has a fixed stem 800 mm high, and D13pt / D13pti replace the base with a fixing pin.
