Description
Overview
Costanza Floor is the floor version of the Costanza lamp, which Luceplan's catalogue sheet dates to 1986 and credits to Paolo Rizzatto. Luceplan describes Costanza as the charming, inimitable and modern reinterpretation of the traditional abat-jour, with a poised, simple but at the same time rigorous image. The floor range has three models.
Construction
The structure is aluminium and the shade is silkscreened polycarbonate; the sheet calls the shade interchangeable. The dimmable models carry a sensor dimmer, the others an on/off switch. The page lists three floor models: D13t / D13tc (telescopic dimmable), D13ti (telescopic on/off) and D13tif (fixed on/off).
Specifications
- D13t / D13tc: H min 1200 – max 1600 mm, base 180 × 180 mm, shade Ø 400 mm; weight 2.35 kg
- D13ti: same dimensions, weight 2.25 kg; D13tif: H 1530 mm, weight 2.25 kg
- Light source: LED E27 (dimmable on the dimmable model) or HSGA E27, max 105 W; insulation class II; indoor

- Shade finishes: eleven plain colours (see the colour list), plus pleated, diamond and striped on the telescopic dimmable model
Story
Three floor models
The page shows the telescopic dimmable D13t / D13tc, which adjusts from 1200 to 1600 mm, the telescopic on/off D13ti, and the fixed on/off D13tif at 1530 mm. All three carry the Ø 400 mm shade on a 180 × 180 mm base.
Light and shade
Luceplan describes the Costanza family as combining advanced light sources with forms from the past, and as adaptable to all kinds of uses through models of different sizes and functions. The page says the new graphics treat the diffuser as a surface for creativity.
