Description

Overview

Designed by Lievore Altherr in 2018, Cila Go is a mobile seating family developed for learning settings. The representative model 2300 combines an upholstered stool with a polypropylene storage base and castors.

Representative specification

  • Model 2300 stool with storage base and castors
  • Polypropylene base in four colours
  • Seat cushion accepts fabric, leather, coated fabric or a client-supplied covering

Family options

The wider family also includes chair and small-armchair shells on the storage base, a height-adjustable five-way base, and an optional swivelling HPL writing tablet.

Story

Designed for movement

Arper presents Cila Go as a response to changing learning spaces, where people move between collaborative work, individual concentration and technology-assisted activities. Its components bring seating, movement and storage together rather than treating them as separate classroom objects.

Model 2300

The selected representative is the stool with an upholstered cushion over a polypropylene storage base. Castors allow it to be repositioned, while the open base provides integrated storage within the unit.

A broader system

Within Cila Go, the same mobile base may support a chair or small-armchair shell. A separate five-way version adds gas height adjustment, and Arper also offers a swivelling tablet for writing or device use.
