Description
Overview
Cesar Outdoor is a sculptural accessory that serves as a coffee table, stool or decorative element. The representative MOD A measures 36 x 36 x 45 cm.
Construction
The single-piece form is made from Baydur 60 structural polyurethane. A black ribbed-rubber glide protects the base where the sculptural body meets the exterior floor contact surface.
Finishes
Options include glossy lacquer in White, Sand, Celadon or Granite, a Basaltina-effect stone-powder coating, and a Terracotta powder surface.
Story
From indoor object to exterior form
Rodolfo Dordoni created the original sculptural object for interiors in 2004; Minotti later translated it into an outdoor version. Its pinched centre and opposing flared ends allow the form to function without a conventional top-and-leg structure.
Two models
MOD A and MOD B share the same 36 cm square envelope and 45 cm height while presenting related sculptural profiles.
