Story
A table for a compact outdoor set
Carl Hansen & Søn describes the BM1771 as the table in a foldable table-and-bench set created by Børge Mogensen in 1971. The tabletop is made from graphic slats on a wooden frame, and the matching bench completes the arrangement.
Reintroduced by Carl Hansen & Søn
The manufacturer says the design was rediscovered and reworked for contemporary use while retaining the purpose of Mogensen's original. Both pieces fold so that the set can be put away compactly.
