Description
Overview
Bangle takes its inspiration from the world of high jewellery; Rodolfo Dordoni designed it for Minotti. The table resembles a classic rigid cuff bracelet articulated by a clasp, which, thanks to a pin, sets the angle at which the base opens to suit the size of the top it carries.
Construction
The top is tempered, bevelled bronzed glass, 10 mm thick, delicately chamfered round the edge. The base is curved aluminium sheet, 15 mm thick, fitted with a pivot joint formed by a hinge. The exterior is varnished and polished in Coffee, the interior in Light Gold, with the clasp in a polished Light Gold finish. Adjustable metal feet in Coffee varnish carry ABS glides.

Story
A table cut from a jewel
Bangle is reminiscent of a jewel and is adorned with precious finishes. A polished Light Gold aluminium surface lines the inside of the base, while the outside is finished in a polished Coffee varnish, giving a sophisticated contrast.
A base that opens to the top
The base takes its cue from a rigid cuff bracelet. A clasp and pin fix the opening angle of the curved aluminium base, and its hinge accommodates tops of different sizes. The bronzed glass tops are round, square and rectangular, and the shape of the base is visible through them.
