Description

Overview

Itamar Burstein's Asha wall light carries a rotating repoussé-aluminium shade on a 150 mm diameter metal wall bracket finished in satin black epoxy lacquer. The shade changes from a cylindrical section to a conical end.

Two LED directions

A 3 W module at the cylindrical end sends 330 lumens upward. A 7 W module at the conical end sends 770 lumens downward. Both operate at 3000 K warm white and sit behind PMMA diffusers. Two buttons on the wall mount switch and dim the modules independently.

Installation and dimensions

Electrical connection supports concealed hard-wiring or a socket connection through the clear PVC cable and hand switch. The fitting measures 150 x 174 x 150 mm (W x D x H) and weighs 1 kg.

Story

A shade that turns

The aluminium shade rotates so the paired beams can be redirected from the wall. Its cylindrical opening and conical tip accommodate separate light sources rather than one shared lamp.

Separate controls

Upward and downward output can be adjusted independently. The wall bracket contains both dimmer buttons while retaining the option of concealed wiring or a visible clear cable.
