Andersen Bed

Overview

Andersen Bed by Rodolfo Dordoni carries the aesthetic values of the Andersen seating system into a bed, with balanced lines and a raised frame on feet in a Pewter-colored finish. The linear headboard is generously padded.

Construction

Headboard and frame are built of multi-ply wood joined by metal corner joints, with high resilience polyurethane foam of various densities (CFC-free) as padding. Fibre thermally bound to white canvas wraps the frame, while a quilt of antiallergenic fibre in sections lines the inside of the headboard. Fabric versions have a cover that comes off entirely.
