Story
A tube-amplifier shape for a surface
Simon Legald took the shapes of the Amp lamps from old tube amplifiers, and the table lamp is the version that stands instead of hanging. A glass shade sits over a metal base, and the decorative bulb glows through the glass.
Designed in 2014
Legald designed the Amp Table Lamp in 2014. The Amp lamps are sophisticated in character and nostalgic yet contemporary in feel.
