Description

Overview

Alison Iroko Nature is a modular outdoor seating system with rectilinear solid-wood frames and upholstered seat units. A 320 cm composed sofa measures 97.5 cm deep and 82 cm high.

Structure

The 120 x 35 mm solid iroko frame is kiln-dried, CNC-worked and joined at mitred corners, then hand-finished. A second metal frame supports exterior elastic straps made from synthetic rubber and polypropylene.

Cushions

Back cushions use quilted breathable fibre with certified recycled-PET microfibre padding. Seat cushions contain high-resilience polyurethane foam, and all cushion covers are fully removable.

Story

From Alison Iroko to Nature

Alison Iroko debuted as the brand's first outdoor furnishing piece in 2006. Alison Iroko Nature is a later evolution distinguished by a natural finish that allows the iroko to acquire a warmer tone as it ages.

Modular Discipline

The system balances a rational square framework with softer upholstered volumes. Its arrangements include composed sofas as well as individual arm, centre, corner and chaise-longue elements, allowing the wooden grid to continue across different configurations.
