Overview

A name from 1952
GUBI writes that Greta M. Grossman designed the sideboard in 1952 and named it the 62 Sideboard because it was deemed to be ten years ahead of its time.
Shape and materials
According to GUBI the piece shows the designer's penchant for exceptional shapes and an unusual pairing of materials: a sharp rectangular shape in walnut set on slender metal legs, which gives the furniture an appearance of lightness that almost seems to defy gravity.
