ジョナス・ワグレル（Jonas Wagell）はスウェーデン出身の建築家・デザイナーで、ストックホルムの**コンストファック（Konstfack）を2007年に卒業しています。コンストファック、ベルクス・スクール・オブ・コミュニケーション（Berghs School of Communication）、ニューヨークのパーソンズ・スクール・オブ・デザイン（Parsons School of Design）**などでグラフィック、マーケティング＆コミュニケーション、家具デザイン、インテリア建築を学びました。それ以前は戦略的プロジェクトマネジメントとコミュニケーションの分野でキャリアを積んでいます。2008年にはWallpaper*誌が彼を「世界で最も注目すべき若手建築家」の一人に選出しました。
デザインの特徴
スタジオでは、ミニマルで柔らかく、親しみやすい形状という視覚言語を掲げています。若い頃から関心を持っていたグラフィック、印刷、タイポグラフィに根ざした、シンプルでありながら印象に残る造形です。グラフィックのシンプルさと遊び心を兼ね備えた作品が特徴です。
