Collection Story
Origin
TipTop is dated 2010 on Kartell's data sheet, which names Philippe Starck as designer, with Eugeni Quitllet. The sheet runs over two pages, the first for TipTop and the second for TipTop Mono, and the shop adds a TIP TOP KARTELL KIDS table in the colour Dinosaur.
Design Language
The family is a round side table on a single base with a 50 cm height and a top of about 48 cm. The sheet separates a transparent group of colours from a mat group, and the Mono entry keeps to two glossy colours.
