Collection Story
Origin
Fredericia's Spine Lounge page lists three pieces by Space Copenhagen: the Spine Lounge Suite Chair, the Suite Chair Petit and the two-seater, 160 cm Suite Sofa. The product sheets date the sofa to 2011 and the chair to 2016. The company introduces the range as furniture for lounge areas such as gourmet restaurants.
Design Language
The company calls the look casual: sides left open, armrests omitted, and plenty of material with discreet upholstery touches. The chair and sofa pages specify solid wood legs under a seat shell of moulded plywood, with piping in all stitches.
