Collection Story

Origin

Sandra is a settee by Annie Hiéronimus that Ligne Roset is bringing back in a re-edition. Its curves broke with the rigid, geometric shapes of the period, and its innovative foam moulds to the body. Hiéronimus recalls that Sandra began as "a peony": an armchair conceived as a cosy nest, where each curve and each line of quilting wraps the body like a garment.

Design Language

Two qualities define the collection: enveloping seating with firm support from foams of varying densities, and soft lines with precise quilting and carefully stitched finishes. The re-edition keeps the original spirit and adds today's technical progress; each piece is developed in the workshop from original plans and prototypes.

Key Pieces

The collection has a medium settee with lumbar cushions, a large settee with lumbar cushions, an armchair and a footstool, each offered in 29 fabrics and 410 colours.
