Collection Story

Origin

Prince Aha and Prince Ohoh are small pieces by Philippe Starck that share a name and an hourglass outline. Kartell's own dates are 1996 for Aha and 2025 for Ohoh. No family or collection is named for the two on Kartell's shop; the shared name is what they have in common.

Design Language

Both silhouettes are two solids meeting at the middle: cones for Aha, pyramids for Ohoh. Kartell files both under Side Tables and also calls each a stool.

Key Pieces

  • Prince Aha, 30 x 43 cm, smooth batch-dyed polypropylene
  • Prince Ohoh, 29.5 x 45 cm, recycled mass dyed polypropylene
