Collection Story
Origin
Postmoderne is a family of storage furniture by Eric Jourdan for Ligne Roset, in which everything revolves around a language of forms.
Design Language
Design guided the project: the pencil drew, adjusted and proportioned each constituent element of a piece, and the tops are balanced against staggered legs. The family has a light, asymmetrical appearance in which the rounded forms Jourdan favours can be recognised. Natural varnished walnut veneer finishes the carcase of the desk and of the display cabinet, and the doors and drawers of the sideboard.
Key Pieces
The family includes a bedside table, a sideboard, a desk and a display cabinet, the display cabinet also being available with LED illumination. Their heights run from 650 mm for the bedside table to 1,425 mm for the display cabinet.
On INTEBEE the pieces of this collection can be added to a spec sheet with their official images and dimensions, and every revision of the specification is kept in one place for the project team and suppliers.
