Collection Story
Origin
Plumy is a range of upholstered seating by Annie Hiéronimus for Ligne Roset: an armchair, a medium settee and a large settee. Plumy is a re-edition, in January 2016, of Hiéronimus' Plumy of 1980. Born in Paris, Annie Hiéronimus entered the Roset Bureau d'Etudes in 1976.
Design Language
Blocks of polyether foam and of Bultex polyurethane foam, each of a different density, are glued together to form the structure. Goose feathers fill the seat and back cushions. The back cushions can be tilted and the seat cushions folded out into a chaise longue position. Cushion backs come in cloth or in the main covering material.
Key Pieces
Each piece comes with a cloth backing or an upholstered backing. The armchair is 1,020 mm wide and seats 1 place, the medium settee is 1,920 mm wide and seats 2, and the large settee is 2,370 mm wide and seats 3. All are 780 mm high and 980 mm deep with a seat height of 400 mm.
On INTEBEE the pieces of this collection can be added to a spec sheet with their official images and dimensions, and every revision of the specification is kept in one place for the project team and suppliers.
