Collection Story
Origin
Norm Architects says Offset came out of its research into 'balance'. The brief to itself was a sofa that is simple yet holds a set of paradoxes, looking substantial and delicate, architectural and homey at once.
Design Language
The studio played with offsetting proportions: slim armrests beside a deep, generous seat, carried on four short metal legs. The boxy outline draws on minimalist art and is softened for comfort.
Key Pieces
The collection page lists the Offset Sofa, the Offset Sofa with Loose Cover, the Offset Loose Cover and the Offset Sofa Bed, each offered in several sizes.
