Collection Story
Origin
The Oda Collection is credited to Arnold Madsen. Audo's collection text dates the Oda Chair to around 1956 and gives its first name as Model 9, and it relates that the chair was credited to Madsen in 2020 after an earlier attribution to Nanna Ditzel.
Design Language
Audo calls the chair an aesthetic reinterpretation of an armchair, built around a horseshoe construction with an integrated headrest and armrests in wood.
