Collection Story
Origin
Notes is a table by Massimo Mariani, designed in 2016 for Living Divani, in versions for indoors and outdoors.
Design Language
Three slender legs are tied together by metal strips set at different levels. Their staggered positions give the table its rhythm and a different perspective each time you look. The frame is tubular steel of Ø30 mm with 80x15 mm steel crossbars, galvanised and powder coated in Gunmetal Grey, and tie rods fix each top to the base.
Key Pieces
Tops in granite, smoked glass, transparent glass or porcelain stoneware work both indoors and outdoors, while wood, marble and quartzite tops stay indoors. The Lazy Susan is a rotating centrepiece in marble, quartzite, porcelain stoneware or wood, in Ø70, Ø90 and Ø110 cm sizes at h.4 cm. It sits on a 10 mm black laminated HPL base, with the rotating mechanism set between the top and the supporting frame, and it is for indoor use only.
