Collection Story
Origin
Kartell presents Multiplo as a broad family of tables for many uses, conceived so that each table can be customised. The pages credit Antonio Citterio, and the two official data sheets, MULTIPLO and MULTIPLO XL, carry the credit Design Antonio Citterio.
Design Language
Customisation works by combining three shapes (rounded square, round and oval), a two-, three- or four-spoke base, and a top of solid colour stoneware, marble-finish stoneware or glass. The sheets give the structure as matte painted die-cast aluminium. On request, Kartell can pair black or white tops with contrasting legs.
