Collection Story
Origin
Mono is a Fredericia pouf collection from 2020, the work of Birgitte Due and Jonas Trampedach, Danish designers who sign as Due & Trampedach. It belongs to Fredericia's Complements line of material-driven objects. Its two members are the Mono Pouf Ø39, model 7421, and the Mono Pouf Ø55, model 7423.
Design Language
Mono is a plain cylinder, offered in different circumferences and heights. Piping runs through every seam of the leather or fabric cover and is the focal point of the design. It is a Fredericia signature that reinforces the seams and adds to the patina of use.
