Collection Story
Origin
Loungescape is a seating system designed by Antonio Citterio and dated 2025 on Flexform's pages and on the sheet title "LOUNGESCAPE | ANTONIO CITTERIO | 2025"; Flexform's campaign news says it was unveiled at the Salone del Mobile 2025.
Design Language
Citterio sees the sofa as a versatile piece that can transform a living space: as the contours of the land determine a landscape, Loungescape shapes the home's environment and becomes its focal point. A one-piece structure groups soft cushions into a harmonious whole, and the signature detail is a raked base that lends lightness to what first looks monolithic.
