Collection Story
Origin
Loft is seating that Thomas Bentzen designed for Muuto. The brand's pages list four members: the Loft Chair, the Loft Chair with armrest, and a Bar Stool and Counter Stool at 75 cm and 65 cm. In Muuto's chair story Bentzen says he wanted to marry the archetypal forms of Scandinavian design with an industrial approach.
Design Language
A soft wooden seat and back sit on a base of sturdy steel: the chair story describes a play of complementing contrasts.
