Story
A natural extension
In Muuto's studio-visit story Bentzen says the stool was already on his mind while he designed the Loft Chair, and that the form of Loft was ideal for it. He puts the Loft Bar Stool at the intersection of Scandinavian and industrial design.
The stool's proportions
The page lists it at 108.4 cm high with a 75.6 cm seat height, and the story credits the longer legs together with the contrasting materials for the added ease and lightness.
