Collection Story
Origin
Corteza is a Kartell range by Patricia Urquiola, introduced on Kartell's site as two tables and two planters. Kartell states that the range is made of recycled material, with striations reminiscent of the plant world that give the objects the look of natural barks.
Design Language
One material is named for the whole range, painted batch-dyed thermoplastic technopolymer, offered in five colours: Charcoal, Ivory, Powder pink, Lilac and Burgundy. The symbol for recycled material appears on the data sheet.
