Collection Story
Origin
The CH100 Series is a furniture family by Hans J. Wegner that Carl Hansen & Søn dates to 1970. The family was reissued in 2008, when the company marked its 100th anniversary, and the lounge chair originally came from an exclusive range of office furniture.
Design Language
What the family shares is a stainless steel frame. The coffee table pages describe all members as having a similar base frame, and the sofa pages describe its brushed surface and distinctive bends.
