Story
From the office range
The page says the CH101 was designed, in its time, as part of an exclusive office furniture range and that it shows some of Wegner's best work in stainless steel. The Japanese version of the page adds that it was introduced in 1970 as one of a furniture series meant for many kinds of spaces.
Steel against leather
The stainless steel in the armrests supports them and also wraps the upholstery at the front and the back. The manufacturer calls the resulting contrast with the upholstery exciting.
