Collection Story
Origin
Block is a Normann Copenhagen series by Simon Legald, built around a mobile side table on wheels sold since 2012. Legald updated the classic trolley table, calling Block a simplification and modernization of the tray table and an alternative to the traditional coffee table.
Design Language
A rounded shape, contrasting materials and the combination of craft and industry define the series. The rectangular table has four handles that are natural extensions of the legs, has no specific direction, and has wheels that turn 360 degrees. The tabletop is powder coated steel and the legs are lacquered or painted and lacquered ash. The shelf has three tray shelves on a wooden frame.
