Collection Story
Origin
Fredericia's Bench For Two collection page lists a single product, the bench numbered 2600 by Nanna Ditzel. The product page and fact sheet give 1989 as its design year, and Fredericia's news page says it was first unveiled that year, the same year Ditzel became the house's second designer after Børge Mogensen.
Design Language
Fredericia writes of a soft curve and centre angle, a graphic backrest and a single red dot. The news page adds butterfly-inspired symmetry and a companion table.
