Collection Story

Origin

Jaime Hayon first made Archivo for his own home, as a personal project, and &Tradition put it into its collection in 2024. In his words, he likes to bring home objects that stood out on his travels, and the shelves were his "worthy place of displaying them".

Design Language

The shelves are irregularly divided and have organic curves that &Tradition calls typical of Hayon's aesthetic language. Each unit is 140 cm wide and 38 cm deep, wide enough for a 12-inch vinyl record.

Key Pieces

  • Archivo JH44, three tiers, 92 cm high
  • Archivo JH45, five tiers, 168 cm high
