Overview
Zefiro is Antonio Citterio's 2017 dining-table system for Flexform. Ten codes cover circular, rectangular and softened oval plans at dining height.
Construction
Tapered cast-aluminum legs support tops in veneer, lacquer or marble. The technical schedule separates a 73 cm wood-top height from 74 cm marble-top versions.
Specifications
The representative drawing for code 023883 labels a 160 cm diameter and 74 cm height. The largest documented rectangle reaches 300 × 100 cm; the longest softened oval is 260 × 120 cm.
Story
One base language, several plans
Flexform describes visual lightness and dynamism as consequences of the tapered legs. That base idea is repeated under tops ranging from compact circles to long dining formats.
Dining scale
Unlike the lower Zefiro occasional tables, this page organizes its ten drawings around dining-height formats. The series includes five circular sizes, three rectangles and two elongated tops with rounded ends.
