Overview
The Vent Bench is a minimalist two-seater designed by Chris Liljenberg Halstrøm. Its seat is woven by hand from paper cord and set on a slender, painted steel frame. The bench suits a public setting as well as a home space.

Story
Named for waiting
Fritz Hansen ties the series name to the Danish word for waiting and to seating first conceived so that visitors could take their time with artworks in museums.
Made with a local workshop
The designs are handmade in collaboration with a local workshop for the blind and sight impaired. Halstrøm's own site lists the Vent stool and bench for Fritz Hansen in 2015, first made for the Cabinetmakers' Autumn Exhibition of that year.
