Overview
Twain is a low chair with arms designed by Konstantin Grcic for Magis in 2024. Its frame is solid beech, stained natural or aniline dyed black.
Construction
The seat and back are in self-bearing fabric, with a seat cushion and a back cover in removable fabric. The arms are in premium grade leather and a tension belt in polyamide is part of the chair. Felt pads are included.
Specifications
67 x 67 x 83 cm (W x D x H, SD3040). The chair is offered in 8 combinations of frame, version and belt colour.
Story
A low chair built on a beech frame
Konstantin Grcic designed Twain in 2024 as a low chair with arms. The solid beech frame is finished in natural or black, and the seat and back use self-bearing fabric.
Fabric, leather and belt
The seat cushion and the back cover are made in removable fabric, the arms in premium grade leather and the tension belt in polyamide. Each of the eight colour combinations pairs a frame finish with a version and a belt colour, and an ottoman is available for the chair.
